Coil Cut To Length Lines

DECOILER GROUP

This unit is the section where rolls are guided to slitting section. There are two heads clamping the material that is guided by two reels. Clamped material is sent to the next unit by the top hold down roll.

LEVELLER UNIT

Edge of the decoiled roll is guided to the Levelling reels by 2 front reels with hydraulic hold down unit and drive system. The material is levelled while going through 14 reels. Hold down force is achieved automatically using endless screw. It can be controlled from the control panel using a digital ruler.

FLOATING SLITTER

This section is moved by a linear guide rail assembled on a chassis that is designed to cut sheet metal to desired lengths upon levelling and all functions are performed automatically in parallel with the Cut-to-Length Machine.

TRANSFER CONVEYOR

Sheet metal cut to the desired length by floating slitter id guided to the automatic packaging unit by a transfer conveyor. Sheet metal guided to the automatic packaging unit by transfer conveyor can be packed in two sides.

AUTOMATIC PACKAGING UNIT

Materials cut by the moving guillotine shear are extracted to the conveyor. Moving reels guide the material to the stacking unit and they are levelled by hydraulic stands. There are two stacking tables; one of them stacks in the system and the other pone is designated for the packaging so the production is not stopped. Stacking tables move to the sides (left and right) on the rail and this movement is driven by independent reducer motors. The stacking unit is started up automatically.
